Public input sought for Conejo Canyons Management Plan
A Conejo Canyons Management Plan public workshop will be held at the beginning of October. The tentative date at this point is Wednesday, October 1st. The meeting will begin with an overview of the Conejo Canyons area and explanation of the purpose of the management plan. Besides familiarizing the public with the management plan area, the main purpose of the workshop is to get input on the plan area including its existing condition and what the public would like to see it look like in the future, including their thoughts on trails, visitor amenities and important management issues. The draft trail plans will be on display for public review and comments. For more information, contact Shelly Austin, Associate Planner-COSCA at 805-449-2339 or saustin@toaks.org.
